SHADOKS MUSIC 再度發行白色彩膠

Captain Marryat-S/T  29.25 EUR (WHITE)

BACK IN PRINT ON TRANSPARENT WHITE VINYL, now with recently found colour photo on the heavy sleeve! Originally released in 1974, in a tiny run, this is a super obscure underground rock gem from a Glasgow-based unit. Captain Marryat's s/t demo-LP is a lost classic with great fuzzed up guitar work and great organ playing, influenced by a.o. Deep Purple, Uriah Heep and Beggars Opera. Edition of 400 copies with a 2-page insert.

REBECCA.jpg

Lars Lundberg & Mats Loden- Rebecca 29.25 EUR

Reissued on 180-gram vinyl in an edition of 400 numbered copies (including a thick cover, printed innersleeve and 2-page insert), this is an ultra rare Swedish underground prog/psych album from the mid-'70s. Recorded by two former members of the band Savannah, the music is rather whimsical and more psychedelic than most other releases from the era. Influences include Pink Floyd, Traffic, Curved Air, The Doors, Bowie and Tyrannosaurus Rex. A long awaited and beautiful reissue.

RAINBOW.jpg

Rainbow Band-S/T (2LPs)  37.05 EUR

Double-LP on 180-gram vinyl, presented in a gatefold sleeve with printed inner sleeves and a 2-page insert. Edition of 600 units. Denmark's Rainbow Band was formed in late 1969 as a supergroup consisting of Peer Frost (ex-Young Flowers), Lars Bisgaard (ex-Maxwells), Carsten Smedegaard (ex-Beefeaters), Bent Hesselmann and former jazz players Niels Bronsted and Bo Stief. They played jazz-influenced progressive rock in the style of Burnin' Red Ivanhoe and Traffic's second album. This reissue comprises two different versions of the band's classic s/t album, featuring different vocalists and a few different tracks. One of the best Danish albums from the '70s!

Dias De Blues.jpg

Dias De Blues-S/T  16.10 EUR

Dias De Blues (from Montevideo, Uruguay) was formed in 1972 by Jorge Barral (bass), Daniel Bertolone (guitar) and Jorge Graf (drums). They developed a blues and heavy rock style that was characterized by the virtuosity of the musicians, a straight ahead rhythmic base and lots of energy and aggression. With all these elements the band created mind bending, extensive improvisations. This is a reissue of the band's 1972 album.

Opus Alfa.jpg

Opus Alfa-S/T 16.10 EUR

Opus Alfa was a blues-rock band that was founded in Montevideo, Uruguay in 1970. The band experimented with electric blues-rock and other genres, either merged with tango, or "baroque" music incorporated with violins, flutes, acoustic guitars and the bandurria. This excellent s/t album was originally issued in 1972.
